Feathers'N'Song gives a three day health guarantee.
Your bird must be seen by an avian vet within three days of leaving my house, or this health guarantee is null and void.
Your original bird must be returned to me, to receive a refund. Also you must present a receipt from your vet, and a letter stating the bird's condition.
We will give you a replacement bird only.
